Inconsistent reception service could use serious improvements!!! Prices for dining are a bit outrageous, especially with high wine costs!!! Hot water availability during peak hours is a big letdown!!!

The hotel's on-slope location made skiing incredibly convenient, and the ski-in/ski-out access was a dream come true. The facilities were exceptional, particularly the well-maintained spa, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day on the slopes. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after skiing.

After-hours transportation into town required a taxi, which could be inconvenient.
